Works include the Sonata in G minor of Locatelli, Beethoven's Sonata No. 8 in G, the Serenade Melancolique of Tchaikovsky, The Tambourin Chinois of Kreisler, Rachmaninoff's 18th Variation on a Theme of Paganini, works of Piazzolla and Weill, and traditional Romanian gypsy music.
The concert will be followed by a meal with a Mexican theme catered by Gabriel and Jeneca Glasier, chefs from Sacramento's top restaurants. Price per person: $30. Advance reservations required.
